i put synth in my 7th gen about 2 months ago and i must say it still runs i just changed it. i hooked, it cost me 25 for mobil 1 at wal-mart and 7 for an honda filter so its more than the usual 20 bucks for dino-oil but like i said i notice it.

 

From what Iv been told by tuners is you dont need full syn unless your turboed. But you are right Status when I tryed full syn I did notice it was mad easy to make the motor rev.
