Temp sensor ?
What are the symptoms of a Bad ECM temp sensor ?
My fans come on when i first turn on the key Sometimes
Then when car gits up to temp it starts acting like its Flooding out Spitting & Pucking but never dies !
I can feather the Gas pedal and it clears up ..then starts all over again
other than that car will sit and idle Smooth as silk but if i hold it up to 1500-2000 rpms it starts flooding out !
Does anyone have any write ups about the Temp Sensor cousing this ?
1990 Accord ...Help Please !

Sounds like you might have two or more issues.
In the 4th gens (90-93) there are two switches for the fans. One for the ECU (computer) and one for the temp gauge. Four total.
Here is a bit of a read on the cooling fan operation: https://www.hondaaccordforum.com/for...similar-44973/
The ECT (for the computer) does not control anything for the fans.
Is the CEL light coming on at any point? Either way, check for codes. In the common DIY thread sticky at the top of this section there is a "how to".
