A timing light will tell the tale, or you could take off the top belt cover and bring the crank to TDC and recheck the cam timing.
I'm assuming the T-belt was just replaced?

It's not clear to me whether we're talking about spark timing or camshaft timing...

Let me try to narrow it down a bit, Yes it’s timing belt change and we used a timing light And also it is a F18a engine, This engine worked fine before the belt change just wanted to know if there is any other markings to follow on the cam and crank, also is there any online manual on timing this engine.

The timing light showing the red mark or the white mark?
There should be a total of 4 notches on the crank pulley; white is TDC then there are 3 grouped together showing BTDC marks, the center of those 3 has a red paint mark.
As far as changing the timing, loosen the 3 12mm bolts at the dist housing and rotate the dist.
I'm still placing my bet that the timing is a tooth off, and pulling the top belt cover and rotating the crank to TDC will tell the whole story.
