I have a 97 accord 2.2 non-v-tech and I am trying to hook up the trailer wiring.
I am towing a small trailer for a bike. I hooked everything up and did a test and everything worked. But when I took it out on the road I noticed that every time I hit the brake pedal my dash lights light up and then I noticed that my cruise control doesn’t work. I am guessing that the cruise control doesn’t work because it thinks I am holding down on the brake and my dash lights are coming on because of the power coming from the brake light wire.
Can anyone help me with this? It is a dual bulb setup, I have never set one of those up before. Thanks. Ryan
