Default Tranny coverage

so i have one of those trannies, and am at 150k miles..... so i thought i should get it covered,, i called us fideals and they offered this
5 years 100k miles

anyone else work with them or have experience with them?

I dont know the exact specs,but my aunt has them,and just a complete tune up,new tires,and battery on her 02 bmw at the dealer totaling near 1500.
I guess its a good deal,but im sort of iffy about these insurance companies.
