Default RE: Valve cover gasket

If valve cover gasket fits in a groove around base of valve cover, only place that RTV Is needed is at the right angle corners where gasket crosses over the camshaft bearing housing. Put a spot of RTV at the four corners of the bearing housings and spread w/ finger. No RTV on the gasket itself. Most folks don't wait for the RTV to dry, but Honda is silent on this issue.

Make sure you put the spark plug seals into valve coverw/ open sides facing up. I've found that a large socketto match size of the seal makes a good tool to push the seals into final position.

good luck
