Default Water ingress into drivers well of 2002 Accord 2.3

Hiya all.
I have severe problems regarding water ingress ( lots of it!) into the drivers footwell and, to some extent, into the rear offside passenger footwell after the recent downpours. And I mean lots of water to the point where the carpets and mats are dripping wet and the interior is starting to grow mould!.
Is there a drain or somesuch from the sliding roof light that might have become blocked? They did not produce a Haynes workshop manual for this particular model so I am at a bit of a loss to find the source of the leak.
Can anyone help please before I drown!
Thanks
Tony B

The roof does have 4 drains the fronts go down the A pillars and run behind the left and right kick panels, the rears are accessed through the trunk.

Here's an image.

check front lef the sunroof hose. Riht above the dead pedal, it connects to the rubber grommet. If it disconnected, the water will flood the driver's footwell.
