Weird Electrical Issue?
Ok, so I haven't resolved my Accura's stalling issue yet (as described in another thread)
So it's been sitting idle on the street lately. When I tried to start it yesterday the battery
was dead. I pulled it out and charged it on my charger for like 12 hours. It seemed
like it had reached a full charge, so I reinstalled it, cleaned and brushed the posts
and connectors, and everything seemed good. Dash lights came up, but when
I tried to start it, it would not turn over. Just that repeating clicking sound from the
starter motor. So I knew I wasn't getting enough cold cranking amps from my
freshly charged battery to properly engage the starter. Figured the battery was
done, so went ant bought a brand new one, dropped it in and it started right up
no problem. I drove to the supermarket, and when come out and try to leave
TOTALLY DEAD! . no instrument panel, nothing at all. Checked all fuses under
dash and under hood. All were fine. Nothing blown. WTF?

I'm getting 12.64 DC reading on new battery, but now the instrument panel is not lighting up
when I turn ignition switch to second position. It lit up 10 minutes before. when I
installed the new battery, but now it won't.
And when I tried to start it, just that clicking sound again from the starter motor.
Same thing that was happening with the old battery. I had to get a jump start.
on a brand new battery just to get back home. How can that be?

The battery cables seem okay, they are hooked up tight, and there's no corrosion that I can detect.
However I was looking at the fuse block, and the three small wires that go into a connector in the
corner look a bit rusty. I jiggled them a bit, and now the instrument panel is lighting up again
when i turn ignition switch to 2nd position. I also pulled the relays and re-seated them.
Could there be unseen corrosion underneath the plastic fuse block?
