well first off i have a 1999 accord two door 4cyl and for a while now (about a year) ive had to pull the wiper fuse if i wanted to use my headlights, if not they would go non-stop. so i got use to it. but now its getting worst i still have to pull the fuse but now the driver side headlight does not always seem to want to work, but if its not working then the left turn signal is on consent (no blinking). oh yea and rondomly if im changing lanes or at a light with my left turn signal on some times my wipers start going too.
i was wondering if anyone has heard of this before? i was thinking maybe its the headlight switch since most of the problems on controlled by it.
let me know i got a fix-it ticket for the head light. last thing i need is to have the cops looking at it and its still not working

 

I would disconnect the battery. Unbolt all ground bolts/eyelets. Then clean both using a wire brush or sandpaper. I don't know where the grounds are located in your car. You may want to buy the pdf of your shop manual from automanualsource.com for $22. It is worth the investment.
