Default wheel making squicking noise

Hi,

i just drove my mom's accord(06 SE) to near by market and there was high pitching squicking noise coming from right side rear wheel.
so i got home and when i kick the tire that same wheel squicking noise was coming out.
is this wheel bearing issue?

i'm thinking taking the car to near by mechanic first thing tomorrow, if this is wheel bearing what will be around cost in Arizona?

how hard is to fix it by myself? does it require special tools? how much is the parts?

will fixing at dealer be better choice?

please advise i'm little scared because its my mom driving

Thanks~

Seems to me a wheel bearing wouldn't squeak when you kick the tire. More likely(?) it's a ball joint or anti-roll-bar bushing.

Whether to fix this yourself depends on your mechanical experience. What kinds of repairs have you done before? Got jackstands? Tools?
