My to front door (especially passager) windows roll down super slow and need help rolling them back up. First is where would it be a good idea to get a window regulator and also with the right directions can I put it in myself? Also I cracked my rear bumper on my car. I wanted to have some ideas on some good (non-rediculous priced) body kits for my 94 Honda Accord. Thanks for your help.

I would suggest removing the door panel, removing the window, and thoroughly cleaning and inspecting the window run channels. Channels may be damaged, dirty, or out of position. New run channels may be indicated. Good news is your regulator is probably OK. Get a manual to guide door panel removal and window removal. Search this site for diy procedures.

good luck

Before you take the door all apart, you might want to try cleaning out the window run channel with a screwdriver and rag; Then spray some silicone lube in the run channel and put the window up and down a few times.
The Honda dealer has silicone grease ["Shinitsu" grease] for about $15 a tube.
One tube will last a lifetime, I always smear it into the run channels at every oil service.
