To remove those molding pieces, the door panels need to be removed. For the front doors, the power mirrors will also need to be removed.

After the door panel is removed, there are two screws that need to be removed from each end of the molding. Then from inside the door, slide the molding to the left to release the clips on the molding off the door, then lift up the molding.

How do you take the power mirrors off?

Sounds simple enough, I think I'll just go buy the parts and fix it myself!

Thanks man!! Sound's like it's simple enough! Now just have to set aside some cash to buy all the parts to do the switch and then do it.

Molding part #1 or 5 online dealer price is $18.29 each. It is not difficult to replace; but, you need to remove the door panel.

Only if you're replacing molding part #2 or 6. which is $22.01 each online (probably not what you're referring to) is really time consuming to replace due to trying to clean off all the double sided tape adhesive residue. No need to remove door panel. Side mirror has to be removed though. -- I have replaced that before.

Where did you find these prices?
Cheapest I could find was about 50 each.
I have 2012 accord exl.
