Question window washer tubing access

Does anyone know how to access the joint that connects the window washer tubing that's located in the driver side fender well? Do i have to take off the engine hood and cowl panel? Unable to access from the bottom of the driver side. Thx...

I no longer have my 95 Accord EX to check; but, it doesn't look like the cowl needs to be removed. I've attached a couple of pics. of someone else 95.

Based on the service manual, it looks like you have to remove the inner fender to access the joint. There should also be a grommet attached to the joint.

See attached pics.
