Wipers INT speed stopped working

Usually they a pretty good.

I'm going to guess the "creamy" stuff is grease, used somethimes for protection of the connection.

I'd inspect the wiring going to the relay to be sure there isn't a short or something. Test the wires going into the relay. Did you test the relay to be sure it went bad?

the wires look good, is there a way to inspect them other than just by looking the are in one piece?

What kind of grease? I'd like to buy some, whats it called?

It is probably dielectric grease. You can pick up a packet for under $2 at any parts store. You would use this grease in the electrical connectors for the headlights.

You will need a volt meter and a wiring diagram to figure out what is causing your problem.

Its all been fixed now. The relay was the problem. I now have 5 extra Int Wiper relays, if you want to buy one, email me.

i have this same problem on my 93 LX Anniversary Sedan. I already replaced the $50 switch...i guess i will try this relay now...
