Won't Crank, White Smoke, Weird Smell
Hello. I have a 2004 Honda Accord EX 2.4L. I've replaced the alternator, battery, battery terminal connectors, all 4 coils, all 4 spark plugs, and the radiator (was cracked). The car cranked over twice but now it doesn't want to start. It sounded like it was going to turn over but never did. Now it doesn't make any sounds. Has a funny smell, not a burning smell or gas. Also when the car cranked it had white smoke coming out the tailpipe and where the oil dipstick is located. The check-engine light is not lit but put the tester on it anyway (without the engine running) and it gave me the codes 51-1 and 61-1. 61-1 low voltage to control unit and 51-1 there are no lights lit on the dash except the airbag because it still needs to be replaced due to recall. Also just had the serpentine belt replaced and the front rotors and breaks. Battery seems like it might be dead but still has lights. I'm going to see if there is a bad ground so I can at least start it up. Also, there wasn't any smoke coming out of the car when it quit working, due to needing a new alternator, and I just replaced the radiator that morning. I used an Autel AP200 OBD2 Bluetooth code reader. If anyone as any suggestions on how to get it to start and why there's smoke coming out I'd greatly appreciate it.
Can you tell us more of the order of events. You replaced a lot of parts on the car, but we have no idea why.
Describing starting the engine is vague. On a functioning vehicle, I say the engine is turning over, when I turn the key to start the car and the starter spins the engine. I release the key when the engine fires up (the engine is running on its own). So, is your current starting problem that the starter is not turning over the engine, or is the engine turning over, but won't fire up?

ok i am a bit confused...
you say won't crank,,, meaning engine will not turn over ??
you say white smoke ,,, if you see white smoke sounds like engine is turning but not starting ???,, white smoke from tailpipe is a good indication of coolant in cylinders
possible blown head gasket ,,might want to test for that ,,,quick chk pull the oil dipstick out chk for possible coolant in oil if it looks , feels milky you got coolant in oil ,
since you said radiator was cracked i might suspect engine overheated at one point
