I'm not really sure what exactly you are asking here, but you should probably block off that vacuum line with a simple breather filter rather than just blocking it off. Thats the best I can do to try and help.

take a pic of the hose you are talking about. Now if it's the hose coming off the crank case (valve cover) You need to plug that one onto the nipple on your intake. DOn't put a breather on that I donnno why ppl keep saying and doing that. It's bad for your crank case. The purpose for the hose so all the extra fumes that don't get burnt off escape to the crank case and need to be vented UNDER VACUME. That’s why that line is plugged into the intake b/c the intake acts as a vacuum.

you could probably cap it off with a breather that would work better

breathers are worthless bro....if it's a vac. line it needs to be under vac. press. They did that for a reason

For my intake install I had to cap this tube that, if I remember correctly, I traced back to the EGR:

But that was the only issue I ran into. Was told by 2 mechanics that I shouldn't run into any trouble capping it, and in the 1,500 miles since I did I haven't had any issues. This is on a '95 Accord EX, so I believe it's a similar engine layout. I'd like to see a picture of the tube you're talking about as well, because I didn't run into any other tubes that had nowhere to go in the new intake.

Here's the vacuum diagram for my car, you should look up the one for yours and/or take it to a local mechanic you trust to get their opinion on it. That's what I do every time I have doubts about something I'm about to change on my engine. Better safe than sorry.
