Most if not all oiled filters come pre-oiled from factory..

Radio Codes can be retrieved through honda of America, inc.

Since it resets the ecu, it supposedly tells the engine it is going to be getting more air. It doesn't hurt to do it. I did it when I put my intake in.

Disconnect negative first, then positive. Radio codes are on a plastic business card thingy in the owners manual case thinger. You can also get teh code by calling the dealer or registering on Honda Owner Link, but it's easier to get it before you disconnect the battery.

I'm starting to believe resetting the ECU is a myth... the ECU determines fuel and spark in open loop by using the O2, MAF, MAP, TPS, etc. sensors to determine exactly what the engine is doing. In closed loop (activated by mashing the throttle), the ECU starts reading a chip (read: this is how chipping a Honda works) with preset fuel and spark values for every RPM and manifold pressure. You can't change the factory chip and you can't easily change sensor values by adding these things, so that's why i think resetting the ecu is bogus.
