Have any of you guys ever heat wrapped your stock headers using insulation tape. I 've read about that it is supposed to keep your headers cool and increase power by a bit. Have you guys ever purchased headers from ebay and NRG coilovers ? Thanks

 

I got my headers off eBay....though they are name brand. Dont buy the $80 knock offs

 

I'm pretty sure that heat wrapping your headers keeps the engine bay temp down but the header itself will probably get warmer. Plus, its not as pertty...

 

FWIW DC Sports says specifically NOT to wrap the Honda header, it will void the warranty.
