Phase 2 (Received my headers....now what?)
I've recieved my headers and I have been soaking the bolts and stuff for a while now (few more days to go before I think that they are ready) but my obx ss headers came with a gasket for the head but no gasket for where the head pipe meets the cat. Is this normal? Is there suppose to be a gasket in there? Once again, I would hate to get it apart and need something.
Thanks.
P.S.-OBX SS headers look great! Really amazed by by the quality of material and welds. I have yet to put them on but I'm pretty sure everything is going to be great.

Yeah, there should be 3 gaskets. Def. do not use your old one as it may cause a leak. I would call OBX and ask them to send it, but if you dont want to wait then head to your AutoZone or other store and get the gasket. Because the Header fits the stock cat then the gasket should be the same. Or bring the downpipe in with you to make sure. Sorry to hear that though. And yes OBX surprised me to! Let us know how the install went. What year of Accord is this for again?
Thanks for the info again. Yeah it came with two gaskets, head and where header meets head pipe, but nothing for the cat. Thanks for saving me a headache! I have a 95 EX automatic.
