Question Help with car

OK so i have a 1998 Honda Accord and the fuel system is messing up and i dont know where the fuel filter is and i dont know excalty what to look at i just know i acn be driving down the road and then its like my car is running out of gas. i can push on the peddle and it doesnt do anything so im not o sure what to check or how to go about fixing it so if someone could please help that would be amazing thanks

WELCOME newbie!

1998 (assuming you're in USA?) doesn't have a normal fuel filter. Post in the General-Tech section with a bit more specific description. Can you get your hands on a fuel-pressure gauge to measure fuel pressure? THAT will tell you whether you need to go fishing in the fuel tank for the fuel inlet screen. Or maybe a new fuel pump. Either way, I'd wait for an actual measurement to tell you what's up.

ok thank you i change my fuel sock today well thats what they called it at the parts store idk im doin this by myself dont have a mans help. But i do have a fuel pressure guauge in my shop so i will check that and see what it says. thank u again for the help

Welcome from one newbie to another... I just found this forum and i like it. I hope to get some of my questions answered here too. I am new to the honda cars my self but i am liking it. hang in there hope everything goes good for you.
