OK so i have a 1998 Honda Accord and the fuel system is messing up and i dont know where the fuel filter is and i dont know excalty what to look at i just know i acn be driving down the road and then its like my car is running out of gas. i can push on the peddle and it doesnt do anything so im not o sure what to check or how to go about fixing it so if someone could please help that would be amazing thanks
WELCOME newbie!
1998 (assuming you're in USA?) doesn't have a normal fuel filter. Post in the General-Tech section with a bit more specific description. Can you get your hands on a fuel-pressure gauge to measure fuel pressure? THAT will tell you whether you need to go fishing in the fuel tank for the fuel inlet screen. Or maybe a new fuel pump. Either way, I'd wait for an actual measurement to tell you what's up.
