Best option would be a turbo kit only because it makes the most power and for the price of going naturally aspirated...you would only get you as much power as a H22 engine swap for approximately the same price range.

If you just looking for quick minor gains...don't worry about the chips and tuning...it's expensive to do properly and the gains will be minimal with out major upgrades (ie. swap or turbo). The quick route is an exhaust, intake, and a header.
