Default Key Stuck in Ignition

Hello Gang: 03 Accord 3.0 V Tech. Ignition Key can't be removed unless trans in put into neutral and with relative force shifted into park. Is this caused by some electrical part and if so where is it located and can one of you well informed person's possibly upload a pic of it's location. Thanks in advance. Kerry

Sounds like some sort of interlock in the floor shifter (might be broken now). I believe you're supposed to hold the brake pedal down too for it to work. This was due to the Audi sudden acceleration problem (shifter interlock) of the early 90's.
