Default My first Honda

Hey everyone, I'm Brett. I live in New Hampshire. Just got my first Honda, a98 Accord 4-cylinder sedan.

What I'd like to do really is make it a sleeper.. I'm not into cars that only look good with not a lot of go, so I'm more interested in performance mods first. If anyone has advice on things that have worked best for them it'd be great to know. Thanks!

My car is a 5-speed. I absolutely love it. It takes a second to start in cold weather, it's expected to an extend but I think it takes just a little too long(like it rolls over 4-5 times instead of 2-3 like manycars in cold weather.. but it starts instantly when above like 35 degrees or if it's been sitting in the sun regardless of temperature. Not really a big deal.)

Anyway.. I'm not looking to go intake because my plan is forced induction which will change air intake anyway, so ultimately it'd be a waste of money for me. I'm going to put togethera turbo kit (after getting some advice in the turbo forum), which will cause me to need a clutch and exhaust change too. It'll be pricey but it's also the most power, the most efficiently, and for the lowest price.

However if you're on a budget the intake and exhaust sounds like a great idea. I'm sure that's the best way to get some decent power pretty cheaply.
