Default New and need assistance re: rim upgrade

Not sure if this is where I should be posting this or not but I really need some assistance/advice regarding an upgrade I want to do w/my wheels:

I currently have a 2013 Honda Accord Sport w/the stock 18" rims but am wanting to upgrade to the 19" Honda Accord Sport stock 5 stars that come on the 2016 models. My question is will these fit properly on my car? I am looking at some online and while everything else like size, bolt pattern, etc, seems to be the same there is one thing I keep seeing two different numbers on and that's the off set. I have read that my current wheel has a 55 mm off set but these 5 stars I want to switch to are a 45 mm off set. Is this going to fit my car properly and is there anything I'm going to need to do afterwards to make sure this is a smooth swap? Also if it does work, how will it look w/a different off set, will they stick out more/will I need to adjust anything/will it even make a difference at all?

Hopefully I am making sense and sorry if it's rambly lol, but I am just really wanting to double check before I shell out so much money. Any help is greatly appreciated! thank you!

As long as you fit tires to the 19" rims which have the same overall diameter/circumference and section width as your OEM tires, you shouldn't have any issues. That said, by switching up to 19" wheels you will lose a small amount of performance in acceleration, braking, handling, ride, and fuel economy. Your tires and wheels will also by more susceptible to damage from road surface issues (i.e. pot holes and junk and such).
