Hello Everyone,

I have a 2009 Honda Accord and I just recently heard a clacking noise coming from the front of the car. I have 165,000 miles on it. No warning lights came on, no loss of power, but when I did check the oil it was low. I take it religiously to get maintenance. I just recently had a new oil pan, filter and oil put in, in Feb. any ideas what this might be?

 

Is this a 4cyl or 6cyl. There's a big difference

Have you had the timing belt done

 

Perhaps it could be the CV boots have gone bad
