I have crower conn rods, cost me $750. Go with Eagle Rods for about $400.
Aries pistons $650 custom made 87.5mm. Go with J.E. or CP piston. Aries are a little noisy.
The crankshaft can support 600hp
I still can't find a cam shaft but the stock is ok.
I can't remember what type of valves & springsI have.

 

Myhonda has been parked so long because I drive the S14 more. Until it broke down. (Spun a main bearing and I need another crankshaft). The turbo power onthe 240is so much smoother, where the honda has a bit of turbo lag.

S14 @12.5 boost felt about 240hp, the maf sensor stock is only good for 250. I will about to add bigger injector and a 300zx maf sensor and try to get 280 until the spun bearing thing happen. So I never got it dyno'd.

The Accord was at 238whp and 267 torque @9lbs of boost. I was shooting for 300. But when the vtec kicks in it goes from 140 to 238hp and you can feel it. So I was happy.
