2012 accord severe road noise
I bought my 2008 EX-L Coupe back in April. While I do agree there's road noise, I still think the positives of the car greatly outweigh the negatives. Great gas mileage, insane reliability, and not to mention it's gorgeous.
...And anyway, my radio (which sounds just fine to me) pretty much drowns out any road noise.
I'm sorry you don't love your accord as much as I do, but maybe you should have taken it on a longer test drive before you decided to buy it.

My noise seems to be coming from the pass side front wheel well.... that's the first place I am going to add dynomat..then the doors.
I will replace my tires with Michilens. The best tire made, in my oppinion.

Sorry you are in the same boat, i have looked into some suggested repairs. The cheapest and most non intrusive, is replacing the tires. I would suggest steering away from the Michelins, it's what i currently have on this noise maker. Try Tirerack.com and look over their road noise ratings on tires. I was going to go with the Bridgestone's but when i got the quote of like $1200 to replace brand new tires on a brand new car i got ticked off and went back to the dealer to complain more. It didn't do any good but i did get a chance to drive the Accord EX-L which is much nicer than my POS. That does come at a cost though, about 8 grand more than what i paid. The Dynamat option will help a bunch from what i am told but you should have a pro install it. On that option i bailed out since my thought's were i didn't want my brand new car ripped apart. For now it's turn up the crappy radio and more than likely trade it in by years end.
Seriously Honda, you suck.

For the gentleman that suggested that maybe I should have taken it for a longer test drive, I in fact took it for two. The first one was a 2011 model dealer demo and I liked it. My thought’s now is that they changed the tires knowing the issue and didn't want it to stand out on the demo. The second test drive was in the current right of the truck pos and that was in the suburbs, low speed and no cement. Since I had owned two previous Hondas including an accord which I loved I put my trust in Honda and expected to get the same quality as my previous cars made by them.
Big mistake, I hate this car, it's nothing like the others. It may be dependable, but the noise for me is inexcusable.

But I find it hard to believe that Honda isn't doing anything to alleviate this situation, if it's really a serious issue that everyone buying this vehicle is experiencing. If I were you and was this displeased I would go over the dealership I bought it from's head and talk to Honda themselves.
I don't understand the keep away from Michelins. Tire rack rate the mxv4 and mxm4 as number 1 and 3 for quiet smooth ride. On my 09 EX-L, which I purchased new in Mar 2010, I had 90k on the factory Michelins. They measured 2-3mm so it was time to replace them. I went with 4 new Cooper CS4 touring tires. Big mistake. The road noise and ride were so bad that I took them back to the dealer. He said that for the Accord the Michelins are the quietest he has seen, albeit in his opinion, the Accord is not overall a quiet car without additional soundproofing processes. He has had this complaint from many an Accord user. Will report back when they are installed to let you know what the difference is. I too will look at additional soundproofing to make it livable in the car.

Reply to Brian good luck on the tires, i would be interested on how it goes.

Honda is like any big business, they are there to make money. Why fix something when folks believe in your product and you can fall back on that.
If it cost Honda 1k to fix each car, that's a lot of cabbage at the end of the day. Who knows they might fix it in the next model accord. My complaints to them and to the dealer resulted in the dealer tying to sell me the 30k model at a major financial loss on the current noise maker. The complaints to the company consumer hot line went on deaf ears.
Right now i am going to put brakes on my nieces 2001 Civic. You can see we were loyal Honda owners for some time now, just not anymore. She bought her's because she used to drive my 2001 Accord and loved it as i did.
Oh well, live and learn
