I voted diminished. I'm still bitter about my tranny going out at 90k. Grr. I guess time will tell on the 08's. Have't seen too many threads on those yet. Mostly little nick picky posts. heh.

Yeah, just wait till we get some 8th-gen cars that are 12 years old...

I voted same based on the couple cars I've owned. I tend to look at the older ones with fondness that probably isn't always deserved. If you have good memories about a car, you tend to forget about the infamous buzzing A-pipe or the rusty rear fender arches.

I get real nostalgic about an old BMW I had, but when I really think about it, my GSR was a lot faster, & the bimmer had crank-down windows,no AC, & 13 inch wheels.

mine has been ok so far and the AT is holding the turbo just fine and i haven't got the chance of putting the tranny cooler on yet... voted same....

I'd say diminished.....I've never heard of 6th gen tranny problems personally, but I have seen MANY stock radios go out.....and replacements go out too.
