Default I just can't do it anymore

If I have to do any work on my car that is more mentally challenging than an oil change, brake pads or spark plugs, I just can't listen to rock (especially anything close to heavy metal), country (it's not country anymore) or alternative. I haven't tried techno. Don't have any of that stuff.

When it comes to the challenging stuff, I've got to listen to classical music. I get too hyped up when listening to rock and just get too pissed off or wound up tight, especially if it's not going well. Wouldn't even think about pulling out the old punk collection. Not when things aren't going well and hammers are within reach. Classical - it's the music that soothes the savage beast within you.

What's your choice in tunes when you're working on your car?

A good baseball game playing in the background keeps me sane; especially if it's Angels, Dodgers, Cardinals, White Sox, or any team puttin the whomp on the Yankees and Red Sox.
