I took the rear caliper off to check why my e-brake locked on, the caliper was hung up one side solid, i used the brake caliper tool kit and press it in and turn it in with a 4ft long 1/2" breaker bar and finally it gave up to me. I freed it up and it's working pretty good now, save myself $65 from NAPA :-)

I replaced the driver's side CV axle on mine. Had a heck of a time getting the axle nut off. I broke a breaker bar on it, and my friend's impact wrench (albeit with a small compressor) wouldn't budge it. Finally we took it to a shop, who let us use their impact wrench to loosen it.

Polished the entire interior, all leather, trims and mirrors etc,

Washed it, hovered it, waxed it, loved it, and admired my work

in the possess of removing all the sound deadening tar from the cb. I have done the pass side floorboard removed 90% of the tar and I have removed right at 2lbs of tar. So I hope to remove 10-13lbs of tar for the WHOLE car. I have also removed the P/S and A/C. My goal is to have a 2700lbs car with me in it (150lbs)

Got 98% of the sound deadening tar out of the whole car but the trunk. I out about 95% of it in a publix bag so I can weigh it and see how much I'm really shaving off my cb7. The bag feels like it's weighs around 10lbs to me. But not sure yet till I weigh it. I could not get every stich of it as it breaks up into little bits and also tends to fly out of the car when chisel it.
Also my car is lookin sexy with no carpet. I might just paint the whole inside and leave the carpet out. That wil;l shave off another 2-3lbs too

Gotta find a shop vac and get all the crumbs out and then spread some adhesive remover on the whole floor to get up the leftovers. I like the gutted look!

Did you use ice or dry ice to harden it up?
