a vibration mount isn’t really needed...just sayin
But if you look at the pic…it’s clearly welded to the intake

that's not what I'm asking about, I was asking about the rubber mount that sits under that mounting tab that's welded...

its not needed. If anything you can find a rubber or plastic washer to fit in its place for less than a few bucks. It's a good price on the intake you should buy it!
