Scrapping Noise When I hit a bump.

I purchased a 98 Honda Accord Ex V6 Sedan. When I hit a certain bump in the street it sounds as if the whole back of the car is scrapping the ground any idea what this may be?

Exhaust hanging low? Can you station a friend near THAT certain bump so he can watch & listen as you drive by?
