Default 1998 Accord Later Model Rims

I have a 1998 50th Anaversary Edtion 4cly, its rollin on stockies at the moement with hub caps they are a 4 stud rim im running 195 tread all round, i was wanting to put later model accord euro rims on mine but they are 5 stud 17" rim, would i be able to change my rotors to suit by just a simple bolt over conversion ? so i can fit these rims, i know the V6 models of mine came with five stud rotors but unsure of the pitch circle diameter? does anyone have any good advice?

just change your spindles to the V6 ones. IF you are lucky you can get everything already attached such as calipers and rotors. If your car has ABS it might have problems with the setup but i doubt it.
