Default tire question need help pls

I've been putting off buying tires and now mine are so worn I need to do it ASAP as I have a fairly long commute now. Narrowed it down to yokohama and pirelli. Yokos are 460 out the door and pirelli on sale and are 413 out the door. Tire size is 205/60/15. I kind of like the Pirelli because the tread life is 80k while Yoko is 60k, but I don't want a poor riding tire just for more life. Anybody have any quick comments about Pirelli?

I have the Yoko's on my car and Ive also had P0's (pirelli) on the car also..The P0's ride much harder than the Yoko AVs' do.
Hope this helps you out!

Had Yoko AVID A4's on my OE 14". Wore them out in 30k miles. The treadwear was around the 280-300 range, what are yours? Handling vs. treadwear for the Yoko's wear horrible, but I think it had more to do with the bigger sidewalls than my current 205/40ZR17 Kumho's
