Default Short belt to bypass A/C on 94 - 95 Accord

My a/c compressor pretty much seized up on me a few weeks ago and now the pulley bearings are almost shot. I am just going to bypass the a/c compressor with a new shorter v-ribbed belt for now. Anyone ever done this on a 94-95 accord 4 cylinder and have a part number for a belt? Thanks.

The belt that you want to get would be for a 94/95 DX accord that came without a/c. The is the Gates Belt part number K060370 for a 95 DX without a/c. There are likely other brands that you can look up at the parts store web sites.

I am not sure the belt will clear the a/c compressor pulley. You would have to remove the clutch and pulley from the a/c compressor. The alternative is to remove the whole compressor, and the shorter belt will definitely work. I did that on my 95 when I repaired the seals on the compressor.

Thanks PAhonda. I actually found the Dayco part #DY5060370 as well. I called up NAPA and they cross referenced the Gates number and I installed my new shorted belt bypassing the A/C pump and it worked out perfect. If anyone else needs the NAPA part number it is Micro-V belt 060370 or K060370. The dimensions are 27/32" x 37 - 5/8" or 21 mm x 955 mm.
