2004 Accord coupe v6 transmission skipping 2nd gear
Okay so this car has 74k miles on it and I just bought it. Now it has only done this twice and only when we are barely taking off like in the city.
It will be driving then you push the throttle and the rpm's rise high because the thing is "free spinning" as I call it. Then you let off the throttle for a moment and get back on it and everything is fine.
It has never happened during taking off faster nor at highway speeds just low speeds.
Should I be concerned? I bought a 2004 because of the lack of transmission issues reported vs the 2003 models.

Do some research on them... Not just the 03's that had tranny problems...
