When I turn my key off, the air conditioner in my 95 Accord EX continues to blow out, I was told that the ignition switch may be bad, so I changed it, and it still does it. I was then told that the ac relay could be stuck, any ideas. Where is the relay for the ac on this vehicle.

 

What exactly do you mean? Is the ventilation blower still running after you switch off the engine?

If you turn back to accessory position & run the blower, its normal for it to remain cold for a little bit. The evaporator & some other parts are already cold & they take some time to warm up to room temperature.
