Compression change

id say bump it up to about 12:1 and run exclusively 166 octane. im not sure how much 116 costs now but the car would be absolutely unstreetable, but you would probably have close to 200 hp. or you could turbo, get about 22-24 mpg, run pump gas, and have about 220 hp

Well turbo would be slightly cheaper.

Another question, does a new flywheel make a big diffence?

leave it to you to suggest using gas thats over 10 dollars a gallon, turbo would be a little more then slightly cheaper to do a good na build you would be spending close to the crazy priced turbo kits that are over 3000 dollars but a lighter flywheel will help, but not 200 hp help that would be more in the area of better throttle response and a little more umph off the line.

depending on the specific engine you have you may not be far from it, and a new cam will get you to the 140whp mark, which engine model is it? I know f22 but which is it beyond that? a1, a4, or a6?
