Never timed it, but the cycle time might be a bit short. That in turn MIGHT(?) be an indication of something happening with the AC.

Excess refrigerant charge? Have you ever added refrigerant without monitoring both high & low pressures?

Excess restriction in the expansion valve? That might also cause short-cycling. As well as possibly excess drag from the compressor.

Honda's idle-control system seems to be "programmed" with a certain amount of drag expected from the AC. If the AC has too much drag, the idle-control system doesn't handle it perfectly. So maybe this is an early warning of AC issues?

Certainly start out with cleaning the TB & IACV like the Dr. said.
