You really need to start using a volt meter to figure out if you are missing power or ground to those sensors. That is why I suggested you get a shop manual and a volt meter to start doing some electrical testing.

Nasty thing about flood cars is you can't really take the wiring harness for granted. Much of the troubleshooting in the manual will identify bad wiring, but only if you really follow the directions step-by-step.

so after all that bs.. changing the wire harness ,buying a tranny so on and so on it was the damn tps

sure hope you didn't pay alot of money for this thing...chances are VERY good you'll never get it all sorted out. did you change the tranny fluid? even so, if water got into it whether it was driven or not (which you may not know) before you got it...it's probably toast.
