Default 1993 honda accord ex right brake and trunk light not working

1993 honda accord ex right brake and trunk light not working changed both bulbs nothing. What can be the problem to fix it

what is the brake failure sensor and where is it located at?

As a side note, once you resolve the "failure" sensor issue.....it might not hurt to "re-seal" the right rear taillight.

There is a seal between the taillight and body that will leak over time and allow water to get into the light/trunk. Water and electronics (failure sensor) do not get along that well
