Thank you guys.

Just an update.. Left my car at friends shop today while I was at work. They couldn't diagnose it cuz the car just kept starting up normally. Didn't want to guess and just put parts in for no good reason. Definitely not starter or spark plugs.. @poorman. That sounds like a definite possibility. I guess we'll just wait and see, I don't know what else I can do at this point..

What Poorman's describing is a semi-common problem with the main relay, because of solder joints that weren't made the best at the factory. For some background information, you can search for "main relay fix" or something like that. The main relay is located under the dashboard somewhere near the driver's left knee.

Thank you, I have looked into a few youtube videos on that already haha.. Hopefully that is the only problem and that shouldnt be an expensive fix..

Is there a way to tell if that is the problem just by checking the solder joints?? (whatever those are)

If you don't know what solder joints are, you aren't gonna fix it yourself. You observe the behavior that Poorman described, and/or you check for lack of voltage back at the fuel pump when the interior of the car is hot.

Pop the relay open & look at the components soldered to the circuit board. With a magnifying glass you can see the texture of the solder. Someone who knows how to solder electonic components should be able to recognize a bad joint. They crack & fail to make contact when they get hot.

If they're bad, you use a soldering iron to re-melt the solder & flow it properly. Problem is not enough heat was used in making the joint in the first place.
