Default 2001 Power Steering Noisy after Rebuild

2001 Accord, 200k miles PS worked fine but was leaking. Did a self rebuild on the pump (change the oil seals) original bearing was in great shape. Bleed the system by jacking up the front end and while the car was running turned the wheel left and right a bunch of times. Fluid level is correct and I'm using factory oil.

Now the PS is making a growling sound and if turning while stopped feels heavy. Hey but at least its not leaking!!!

I'm 90% sure I put it back together correctly (I do a lot of work on cars).

Any ideas? If someone can send me a picture of how the pump is assembled I can double check it.

Thanks in advance.

There is an ericthecarguy video on youtube when he tried to rebuild the PS pump and ran into a bunch of problems.

The rebuild seems simple, but he couldn't figure out why it had issues either.
