No, the coolant goes through the throttle body not the intake manifold. If you caused a leak it would be dripping and near the throttle body.

good luck

Got a pressure tester but it doesn't fit the radiator top.

After bleeding the system I have not experienced anything else. No longer chewing through coolant and no overheats after 40 minutes of driving.

I think I fixed it.

I am planning on changing the fluid to Honda type 2 soon. Reading on this forum made it seem like a very good idea.

If things have "returned" to normal. I'd drive it for a while - week or two - and just keep an eye on the coolant level.....check it everyday, good for three/four days - then every other day for six/eight......then make the call.

Replaced the coolant a few days ago per the owner's manual instructions. It was interesting because draining the fluid was very easy but when I went and refilled then bled the system smoke started coming out of the radiator. I stopped the car and filled the reservoir up again and re ran the car and it turned out okay. Also, I don't think I got all the coolant out because I did not 'flush' the system. When I added coolant to the radiator it was the honda blue coolant color but soon it would turn green, the color of my other coolant I had used.

There's a lot of antifreeze that can't drain out. Normally, when I rinse with water, I add non-premixed antifreeze so it's not diluted by the water that's left in there.
