I would test both pins on the connector going to the blower motor individually. One pin should have 12V to body ground. The other pin should be grounded if the fan speed is set to anything but the off position.

You should be able to test the resistor and the input easily.

There should be 4 or 5 wires going to the resistor. Unplug the connector and use a volt meter to test the plug. Only one wire should get grounded for each fan speed setting. Start with the highest fan setting then work backwards. Use either the continuity setting (open/closed circuit) or the resistance setting. Touch one lead to a known ground (any bolt that is connected to metal) and the other lead to each pin.

To test the resistor, test the resistance between the pin that had the highest fan setting, and work backwards. 4-3, 4-2, 4-1. The resistance should increase. There should be no open circuits on the resistor.

Default blower not working accord 2003

i got the aftermarket unit and i got the same problem, no power to the blower, when i try to turn on the fan for ventilation or the a/c nothing comes on but the LED lights on the dash, the fan or a/c dont move, i checked the fuses and relays, i read somewhere that the blower should have power on one wire all the time when ignition is on..., i'm stuck here for now

Do a search for the blower resitor on the 03. There have been serveral posts on here recently. I remember one had some pic's showing the location of the resistor and how to get the codes.

I wrote up something about that, search for posts by me. I sold my 2003-2006 Helm book so I can't look it up again.
