2004 Honda Accord LX 4CYL does not turn over.
absolutely has nothing to do with tune up condition...
Phantom, this thread was about the starter getting slow. Sparkplugs etc have nothing to do with that. And you should be aware that 2004 Accord doesn't even have a distributor or plug wires.
Not saying that it's a bad thing to have tuneup items up-to-date, but we need to keep in mind what car and what issue is being discussed.

i had the battery and the starter tested at A-zone. i originally just bought a new battery and it was doing the same thing as the original battery. so i took the starter out had it tested at auto-zone. i think i will just buy a new starter.
