2006 Accord P0365 STILL even after new sensor

Have you traced the wire to ensure it was good. Testing all the way to the PCM to ensure the signal is being translated would be my next step. I know you probably don't have a snap-on meter so you'll have to do it the old way. A bunch of videos online that can walk you through the steps

Update:
All wiring checked good. Took the pcm outand sent it off to G7 computers where they found a faulty resistor. Reinstalled the repaired pcm and the car started perfect and ran great with no codes. After about 30-40 miles I got a new code for P0420 and I smell a slight gas smell as if the car is running rich.
Could this be because the cmp was mis-reading for so long and possibly fouled up the catalytic converter?

Good to hear you've moved on to another issue. Lol. I wouldn't think that would be the case. You would have to run on it for a long time for that to happen. I've had the p0420 a couple times. The first time I changed the O2 sensor at the cat (it tested bad). Went away for about 5 years then got it again about 2 months ago. I cleared it and it hasn't came back. Clear and see if it comes back. Do you know how to test the sensors to make sure the are bad. If not look on YouTube for a how to video.
I know the code points to the cat but it can be a misread.
