2010 Accord 4cyl -- Engine compartment fluid leak

I have an engine oil leak and lately when I've been adding oil, I've noticed some fluid on top of this other part near my engine.

What part is this?
What is this fluid?
What should I do about it?

That is the power steering pump. The fluid may be power steering fluid and if it is power steering fluid, the leak may be due to one of the o-rings failed.

Take a look at the fluid level in the reservoir to the left of the pump where one of the hoses route to.
