Default 90 Accord EX Hot Start Issue

I have 90 Accord EX...... replaced water pump, timing belt, crankshaft/camshaft seals 6 weeks ago. Having starting issues when hot, installed new fuel relay which I was assured was source of problem... did same thing last night. This morning was difficult to start which was odd. Also seem to still be having water loss issue, few drops under car but nothing in oil or vice versa...

Read posting rules and follow them in future.

Suggest listening carefully for fuel pump in fuel tank to come on when keyswitch is turned to On, run for 2-3 secs, and cut off.

If you hear the fuel pump, when hard/no start occurs, then spark is likely the problem.

If you don't hear the fuel pump, then fuel pump may be sticking, or you were sold a bad main fuel relay (unlikely).

good luck

Relay was brand new, I work for dismantler, the previous owner of car actually came by my shop and told me what he had purchased for the Accord I got it from... my old relay actually had heat warp on housing, you could see gap on plug side.

I'm inside now, will listen for fuel pump and keep you posted...Thanks for info!
