That looks pretty ugly. Normally I'd ask whether they've been torn open long; so maybe you can clean it up, add fresh grease, & put on a new rubber boot. Yours look like dirt has been getting in there for awhile...

Looks like the upper balljoint is part of the upper control arm, so you gotta buy the whole arm. That'll also give you new pivots on the inboard end of those arms.

Default Could my stabilizer bar link bolts being shot cause steering wheel/car wobble?

I notice that the bushings on the stabilizer bar link bolts (or end links?) are totally shot. I am wondering if that's one of the reason my steering wheel sometimes wobbles from side to side and why I notice my car wobbling when at slow speeds? I have attached a pic of one of my link bolts.

Can I replace the link bolt and bushings without removing the stabilizer bar?

Yea, those need to be replaced-understatement. I can't say they are the issue but they are bad.

The bar stays in the car, you will need to remove/replace the end links.
